The experimental testing center of Gante is fully capable of conducting various drying process tests and quality research. Key characteristics can be evaluated, such as the particle size distribution, volume density, moisture content, microscopic analysis, fluidity, solubility, hygroscopicity and component analysis before and after drying the dried product

Our process services include:

1. Feasibility study - By collecting product information and conducting droplet tests, assess whether it can be dried, granulated, or meet other needs. 

2. Process Optimization - According to the requirements, freeze-drying processes and other drying processes can be matched and compared. Quality research and method research can be conducted. Based on the profound process understanding of Dry Special, formula research can be assisted, and MSD scale-up process packages can be developed to obtain products with more stable or excellent quality.
